Can I purchase Tokyo Disney Resort® Passports at the Hotel?

Guests staying at the Hotel can purchase the following park tickets at the Front Desk on the 2F without a booking (advance bookings unavailable).
Payment is in Japanese yen only. Tickets are available for purchase from 6:00 - 18:00 (on day of park visit).
※There is no Partner Hotel discount on park tickets.
Prices are identical to those at Tokyo Disney Resort® ticket booths.

Shuttle bus

Does the shuttle bus to the Tokyo Disney Resort® need to be booked?
What is the journey time?
Can I also use the shuttle bus service before check-in and after check-out?

No booking is required. Boarding is from the shuttle bus stop, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Shuttle buses take between 15 and 30 minutes to get to Tokyo Disneyland® and Tokyo DisneySea®.
A maximum of 69 services run daily: the exact number is dependent on park opening and closing times.

Hotel guests may use the Tokyo Disney Resort® Partner Hotel Shuttle service before check-in and after check-out, as well as during their stay.

Co-sleeping (children)

Up to what age can children share a bed with paying adult guests? How many children are allowed per guest?

Bookings will be accepted for up to one bed-sharing preschool-age (0- to 6-year old) child per adult. Children aged seven or older are charged at the adult rate. If there are more children co-sleeping than the number of adults, please adjust your booking accordingly. If booking from a website, you will need to do this yourself.
※Grande 6 rooms only: maximum of two co-sleeping children.
※A charge of ¥1,450 applies for breakfast for children four years and older.
(No breakfast reservation is required for co-sleeping children. Please pay at the restaurant.)

Courier services

Will the Hotel hold luggage for me?
Can luggage be sent on to my next hotel?

Please write the name under which the booking was made and the date of stay on any luggage and forward it to the address below, attention Front Desk.
We regret the Hotel cannot accept luggage sent COD, so please pay the courier fee when sending luggage.
Please refrain from sending any foodstuffs.

Room rates vary depending on the date of stay, number of guests, and type of room chosen.

Advance check-in/luggage storage

We will arrive before the check-in time of 15:00. Will there be any services available at that time?

You may complete check-in procedures and leave your luggage at the Hotel prior to the official check-in time if you wish.
On arriving, visit the front desk on the 2F (open 6:00 - 14:00).
On completing check-in procedures, you will be given your room key in advance.
Luggage checked with the Hotel will be delivered to your room, allowing you to proceed directly there when you return for maximum convenience.
※Depending on what time you return, we may ask you to stop by the front desk again.

Check-in time

What are the check-in times?

Check-in is from 15:00 to midnight (Japan time) on the day of your booking.
Please let us know if you will be arriving after midnight.
